LF-Star
With two parallel
stainless steel electrodes the LF-STAR can recognise good or damaged
cell structure.
PSE meat has a high
LF-STAR conductance, DFD meat, because of its dry qualities, displays
a low LF-STAR conductance.
This means that good
or insufficient meat quality can be documented securely
online/offline.
